The HTRS Meetings & Events team will email the main contact at each company instructions and more information on how to register.

Sponsors/Exhibitors will also receive instructions on how to register their complimentary full-conference attendees through the portal.

Non-Member Industry Registrants, if you are an MD, PhD, DO, PharmD at an industry company you must register under this category. Registration will be audited, and HTRS reserves the right to adjust your registration fees accordingly.

Additional Exhibit Hall Only registrations can be purchased with limited meeting access. This registration type only include all continental breakfasts and breaks, the Welcome Reception, and exhibit hall access. Exhibit-Only registrants cannot enter educational sessions or other sponsored events.
